Company

Two engineers,
one problem.

Every plant we worked on had the same mess: ten vendor portals, four OPC servers, a maintenance team flying blind, and a stack of CSV exports nobody trusted. So we started Pierski.

Story

What we did about it

We'd seen the same playbook from every IIoT vendor we worked with. Eighteen-month implementations. Six-figure consultant bills. A console nobody on the floor knew how to use. Then a year-long fight to get a single dashboard that already existed in the engineer's spreadsheet.

We thought we could just build it. So we did.

IRIS is the first thing we shipped. More tools are coming. We add them one at a time, and only when they're ready to run on a real floor.

Principles

What we believe

The floor knows things the office doesn't.

Operators see patterns weeks before they show up in monthly reports. Build for them first.

Data is plumbing. Decisions are the product.

No one wakes up wanting "more dashboards." They want fewer surprises and better calls.

Your data lives on your hub.

Local-first. Works without internet. Survives our cloud going down. Survives us going away.

If installation needs a consultant, the product failed.

An afternoon. A maintenance tech. A laptop. That's the bar.
